All about the My Stats feature

User workout history can be found by tapping the Stats icon at the bottom right of your screen. 

The 7 Day Summary displays here, your Adaptive Plan data, Heart Health, as well as your well-earned badges!  By tapping "View All Workout History" you can see your entire Aaptiv history!  More below:
